By accessing or using Fansriver ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
Fansriver is a personalized video request marketplace that connects fans (Requesters) with content creators (Creators). Requesters can commission custom video content, and Creators fulfill these requests for compensation. We act as an intermediary, facilitating transactions and holding payments in escrow until content delivery is confirmed.
3. Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Creators must complete identity verification (KYC) before receiving payments.
You may not transfer your account or authorize others to use it.
4. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Post or request illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
Harass, bully, or threaten other users
Impersonate any person or entity
Upload viruses or malicious code
Attempt to circumvent platform fees or payment systems
Engage in any activity that interferes with the Platform's operation
Redistribute or resell content without permission
5. Creator Obligations & Delivery Policy
Creators agree to:
Complete identity verification before receiving payments
Fulfill accepted requests within the agreed timeframe (Delivery is digital via the Fansriver platform)
Deliver content that meets the requester's specifications
Maintain professional and respectful communication
Only accept requests they can reasonably complete
Not share requester personal information outside the Platform
6. Requester Obligations
Requesters agree to:
Provide clear and appropriate request descriptions
Not request illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
Review and respond to delivered content in a timely manner
Use the dispute system fairly and in good faith
Respect creators' boundaries and menu offerings
7. Payments, Fees & Refund Policy
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Funds are held in escrow until the requester confirms delivery.
We charge a platform fee on completed transactions.
Creators receive payment after successful delivery confirmation.
If a requester doesn't confirm within the review period (typically 7 days), funds are automatically released to the creator.
Refunds: If a creator fails to deliver within the timeframe, or if a dispute is resolved in the requester's favor, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
8. Disputes
If a requester is not satisfied with delivered content, they may raise a dispute within the review period. Our admin team will review disputes and make final decisions regarding refunds or payment releases. Disputes must be raised in good faith, and abuse of the dispute system may result in account suspension.
9. Content Ownership
Creators retain ownership of their original content.
By using the Platform, you grant us a license to host and display content as necessary to provide services.
Requesters receive a personal, non-commercial license to the content they commission.
Redistribution or commercial use of content requires creator permission.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may also delete their accounts at any time through account settings. Upon termination, any pending transactions will be resolved according to our policies.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of information, or specific outcomes from using the service.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fansriver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
